Winning Mindset

By Coach Sharm and Team

A few years ago, I met this lady who is a working mom of 4 kids who wanted to transform her body, but she kept worrying if she could really do it. We’ve all been there before. Losing inches off the tummy is usually not an easy thing to do. We worked together on her mindset, nutrition and simple exercises. Fast forward 6 months, she’s lost 4 inches off her belly.

I’d like to share with you how we overcome the first hurdle of worrying or lack of confidence and replace it with a winning mindset instead. I hope you will benefit from it as well 🙂

These are the lessons I’ve learned along the way, not only from training my clients, but also from training myself.

A winning mindset is a mindset that allows you to achieve your goals. It’s not just about believing in yourself, but also believing in the process and understanding that everything takes time. It’s important to stay focused on what you’re trying to accomplish and not be discouraged by any setbacks. A winning mindset is a mindset that allows you to achieve your goals. It’s not just about believing in yourself, but also believing in the process and understanding that everything takes time.

Ways to Build a Winning Mindset

Learning how to think like a winner is easier than you think. It will take some work, and you’ll need to keep up with the strategies in this article. But after a short time, you will start to see good results, which will make you want to keep going.

1. Change how you talk to yourself.

A lot of what you say to yourself is called “self talk.” This can be done out loud or in your head.

You can use it to get yourself going or to control your moods.

We say this a lot when we want to be motivated or to congratulate ourselves.

"I will be a success because I have the talent and I'm the best at what I do."
"I did well because I was smart or had a lot of talent."

It will make you more likely to have a fixed mindset, which will make you less effective when you have a more difficult problem to solve.

Instead, say this to yourself:

"I will be successful because I will work hard and keep going."
"Because I worked hard and didn't give up, I was able to reach my goal."

This kind of self-talk will help you have a better mindset about winning, and you’ll do better when things get tougher.

2. Learn about the brain and how it functions.

Having a better understanding of how their brains work helps school kids do better in class. A small amount of time each day can be used to read about neurons and neurotransmitters. This is a very interesting subject, and you will thrive as well.

If you don’t have time to read, remember these three things:

a) Good habits help you become smarter.
b) Over time, your brain will change and grow.
c) When you work on hard problems, you make new neural pathways and connections in your brain that you didn't make before.

3. When things go wrong, make the best of them.

If you have a fixed mindset, you are more likely to hide your problems and run away from any problems that come your way. You are also more likely to blame other people for your mistakes when you have a bad day. People who have a winning mindset will be honest about their flaws and work hard to improve them.

Use these five steps to get the most out of your mistakes, and then do them:

Take failures as a chance to learn from them and don't be ashamed of them, either.
Be calm when you think about your mistakes.
* If you don't have a skill, then learn that skill.
* If you used the incorrect method, change it and proceed.
This means: * Be aware that you don't know all of the answers. It's OK to ask for help.

Hope this little share from me will inspire you to start working towards building a winning mindset 🙂

Have a great day ahead ya
