How Adele lost 45kg in a Few Years, and Kept the Weight off After

You might wonder why I find Adele’s story so inspiring?

It’s because I have also spent more than 25 years guiding people on their health journeys. My philosophy?

Exercise doesn’t have to consume your life, and you don’t have to give up foods you love. It’s about making smart, doable choices, every day.

That’s how many of my clients, like Mr Yang Iskandar, have lost significant weight – we’re talking about 40kg here and kept it off. There’s many other clients too, who dropped 20kg such as Mr Tomoteru Woo, Ms Mehrun Nisha, Ms Pia Tyagi and many many many more. ​

We crafted routines and plans to get to where they wanted to be and their stories of the journey in getting the SKILLS to stop overeating and controlling cravings and doing the correct exercises are inspiring to me.

Adele’s journey resonates with me because it exemplifies the power of making such choices consistently.

2019: Adele starts her weight loss journey.

2020: Adele continues to lose weight and is seen looking noticeably slimmer.

2021: Adele reveals her new figure on the cover of British Vogue and in her music video for “Easy on Me.”

2022: Adele continues to maintain her weight loss and is seen looking healthy and confident.

Isn’t it amazing how Adele lost weight? Her journey gives us a chance to learn about the power of changing one’s lifestyle. Around 2019, Adele decided to make a change for her health and for her son, Angelo. It’s a story of hard work, good food choices, and regular exercise.

Adele, with her amazing voice, started to change her eating habits. She said goodbye to foods and drinks with lots of sugar and said hello to healthy, whole foods. It might sound simple, but it’s not easy to change old habits, right?

Now, on to her exercise. Adele began to enjoy workouts that include strength training and circuit training. These words may sound big, but they just mean exercises that help to build strong muscles and keep the heart healthy.

And guess what? Adele found fun in hiking and boxing too. It’s funny how hitting a boxing bag can help you lose weight and feel good!

Over two years, Adele worked hard and lost a big amount of weight, 45kg!

It didn’t happen quickly, but little by little, with lots of patience. In 2021, people saw her new look on a famous magazine cover.

It was a proud moment that showed everyone what can happen when you eat well and exercise regularly.

Adele didn’t change to please others. She did it for herself, to feel good and stay healthy. It’s a reminder for all of us that changing for the better is a personal choice. It’s not about what others think, but how you feel about yourself.

So, what’s the lesson from Adele’s story? It’s about trying every day to be healthy, eating good food and moving our bodies. It’s not just about losing weight, but about feeling great and being the best version of ourselves.

The next time you think about making a small change for your health, remember Adele’s story.

It’s about taking one small step at a time, making better choices every day.
