What certifications and qualifications do you have?

I have a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from NTU, which covers exercise, nutrition, and mindset. Additionally, I have multiple Master Trainer certifications and over 25 years of experience in training others. My existing clients say that these credentials, combined with my passion for fitness and health, make me a highly qualified and knowledgeable personal trainer.
